DCist always appreciates the wit of James F. over at why.i.hate.dc. We think that his Northern Virginia commute is getting to him, but that frustration fuels his blogging brilliance. We wonder if it will push him over the edge one of these days. This weekend, James had some choice words about the Redskins, going as far as to call the team’s owner, Dan Snyder a “Douche Bag.”

Oh, there’s more.

The stadium is difficult to get to via public transportation. Even the parking spaces around the stadium cost around $40 per game... and those are the cheaper ones. The fans often get drunk and get in fights, resulting in humorous situations such as the Pepper Spray Incident from Monday Night Football in 2002 against Philly.

And, of course, the topper: the team is fucking awful.

James reports that there’s a new reason to be disenchanted with the Redskins: Bad seats at FedEx Field. He cites a Post article that indicates that when FedEx Field was expanded to 91,000 seats, new concrete pillars in front of some seats totally blocked the view for some spectators.
