The man who is condemned to death for the rash of sniper shootings in and around Washington in 2002 complained to a Fairfax County judge that in the courtroom he isn't allowed underwear because of overzealous safety concerns. "How does it make the courtroom safe with me coming in, no T-shirt, no underwear, no socks?" Muhammad asked the judge, the AP, via WTOP reports.
