Silver Sprung?
Yakusha snapped this great photo recently showing us a Montgomery County RideOn bus saying it's going in the direction of "Silver Sprung."
We're curious if RideOn was playing into Sliver Spring's marketing campaign, or if it was just a mistake.
One sign of WMATA's declining service are buses with broken directional signs. Earlier this week, DCist saw a 90 bus with a partly-scrambled directional sign saying it was going in the direction of "Archbishop," a desination that we're not aware of existing. Has anyone heard of or been to Archbishop?

Definitely part of the marketing campaign. I'm sad to say that ALL the Ride-On buses going to Silver Spring station have been altered to read "Silver Sprung", as has the free "Van Go" bus that tools around Downtown SS. Makes my blood pressure go up a couple of points every time I see one, and since I work right in downtown that's at least a few times a day . . .
