Before the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs album, Show Your Bones, hits stores March 28, and before they kick off their tour right here in D.C. on April 3, DCist is bringing some hot off the presses Yeah Yeah Yeahs action to you, our loyal readers.

Next Friday, March 24, join DCist and Interscope records at Cue Bar as we listen to Show Your Bones for the first time. As everyone who went to our 2006 kickoff happy hour knows, Cue Bar is a great spot with plenty to do. Our favorite DJs will be spinning the rest of the night, and there are plenty of tv's around so you can feed your March Madness. Like any good DCist event, there will be giveways throughout the night, this time of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs variety. A sneak peak at a much anticipated album, drinks, prizes, bloggers abounding -- what more could you ask for on a Friday night?
