PG County Strip Club Regulation Put On Hold
This post was written by DCist contributor Campbell Roth.
Phew. For a second there we couldn't help but think -- "Where the hell will we have our next happy hour?"
A state law banning nudity and alcohol -- that old dangerous duo -- in Prince George's County businesses was blocked by a federal judge this week, the Post reports. The judge granted a temporary injunction to stop enforcement of the law, which prohibits "sexual displays and nudity" in businesses that sell alcohol. The order was sought by the owners of two strip clubs in the county, Legend Night Club in Temple Hills and the Classics in Camp Springs. The owners argued that the law was biased, since it exempted two other strip clubs -- one of which is owned by former State Senator Tommie Broadwater Jr.
So, for all you PG residents still waiting to live your dream of owning your own classy strip club, there's only one thing left to do -- run for office.

It's gettin' hard in PGCounty for a pimp!
Are those strip clubs in PG county any good? Are they ghetto?
The one's in dc-- tops only and no lap dances???????????.... please.
I hope this didn't make me look like a chauvinist pig... just honest.
Pinaki - I'm guessing they are. Yeah, the ones in DC are worthless - you pretty much have to drive to Baltimore to find a decent one.
Tops and no lap dances? Back when I used to date a dancer, it was full beav and lots of casual contact. Those gals were candidiasis farms. Guess things have changed since I joined the adulthood ministry.
Drive out to West Virginia if you want the real deal.
