So That's What Krusty Looks Like?
As we reported yesterday, a daring local philanthropist spent the better part of the last month offering us all a deal -- you donate money to local causes, and you get a vote as to what I should do with my 22-month-old afro.
We're happy to report that the Krusty the Clown look won, taking in some 1,121 votes and soundly defeating the "Let it Grow for Another 22 Months" write-in option, which came in second with 730 votes. But more importantly, some $3,471 was raised for a variety of local causes, $2,495 of which went to Doctors Without Borders.
Congratulations on the new look, Krusty.

Cool 'do, but since when is Doctors Without Borders a "local cause"? Is the summer crime wave expected to be THAT bad?
