DCist Is Mad Fer It

2006_1128_oasis.JPGDCist and Columbia Records are joining forces this Thursday, November 30th, at Four Fields Irish Pub (formerly known as The Four P's) in Cleveland Park for an exclusive screening of the Oasis movie Lord, Don't Slow Me Down. This tour documentary was shot over the last two years during the band's Don't Believe the Truth world tour.

Get there early for the your chance at some of the Oasis CD and DVD giveaways, and stay late and enjoy the drink specials brought to you by Bass Ale. Should be fun.

Based on my last visit, I'd guess so.

Also based on my last visit, if there is new management I want the old management back. The service, which I remember as being fine in the past, was indifferent and glacially slow.

I think the owner had a split with his partner if IIRC. The partner got the name (and the location in Falls Church, VA).
