Photo of the Day: February 28, 2007

DCist Exposed Prizes!

With only ten short days until the opening for DCist Exposed, we wanted to give you a little taste of what awaits you inside Warehouse's art gallery — aside from forty amazing (and affordable!) photos. Crumpler Bags, makers of some seriously sweet photography bags, have donated everything you see above to raffle off during the reception. Some of the folks showing their work can already attest to how awesome these "camera homes" are, including our own Kyle Gustafson, who swears by them (and also took this photo of the goods).

Above you see one Customary Barge photo/laptop backpack, four Four Million Dollar Homes and five Bundles for point & shoot cameras. Be sure to get a hold of a raffle ticket during the show and check your numbers on your way out. Thanks so much to Crumpler for being as excited as we are for this show.

If your calendars aren't duly marked yet, circle March 9 with that fat red pen and be at Warehouse, 1017-21 7th Street NW (between the Mt. Vernon and Gallery Place metro stops) at 6:30 p.m. See you there!

Sweet prize...but as a Photo of the Day, it's not quite meta enough:P

yummy!

mmm. customary barge.

I've had a Crumpler bag for my camcorder for about 5 years -- they are definitely top-notch. As far as the POTD is concerned, though, I've seen better...
