I knew ESPN's coverage of the game was going to be "all Beckham, all the time," but I had no idea it was that bad... I'm just glad I was able to score an extra ticket at work the day before.

 

To those of you who don't know, Sidamo is one of those incredible family-owned shops that everyone hopes to have in their neighborhood. On Sunday's around 1 or 2 pm Mimi puts on a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony where she pan roasts coffee beans, it's really quite extraordinary. If you want to show them some love, showing up for the coffee ceremony would be a great way to do it. Mimi and Kenfe are wonderful, kind, generous people who deserve all the support you can give them.

 

Thanks, Hillrat. The coffee ceremony definitely sounds worth a trip to see.

 

Er, what's going on in that picture? Who leashes chickens? How did the leash get on the little guy's wing?
