Love the picture!

There was a fly-over last night as well. I bet people called it in so today they are making it known to the public!

Who is flying over?

A rabid bat was also discovered in a GW building.

What's this fly-over stuff about?

Another reason to have two pairs of eyes on these posts: not just to peel off the extraneous cliches, but see if anyone can make heads or tails of what people are talking about.

Who, What, Where, When, Why ... and how: I know this ain't the AP, but show me you're trying to tell a complete story, even in a single sentence, eh?

I think it was the rabid bat that was flying over ... watch out mesquitos!

Guest 5, that item seems to have been copied almost verbatim from DC Alert, complete with bizarre "fly - over" punctuation and grammar (looks like "over" is trying to serve double duty, as part of the noun "flyover" and as part of the phrase "over the District").
