Depends on who you ask, but I'd say Brookland Manor is in the Brentwood neighborhood. Either way, the incident sucks.
All the complaints and City Paper articles I've read about Youngin's Towing and CRA is still just trying to revoke the license. You'd think he was "connected" or something.
