As for the Police officer, I heard they're only charging him w/a misdemeanor. Haven't these numb-skulls heard of a little thing called RICO? He used the telephone to try and activate this card 3 times. Using the telephone lines in the commision of a crime can lead to Fed. charges. Throw the book at 'em.
