It looks like DCJeff has been a-wanderin', shooting the streets of D.C. and leaving us with a bounty of gorgeous images in DCist's Flickr pool. This sepia-toned image of a dilapidated building, located near a cemetery downtown, reveals subtle textures in the bricks and windows that we find mesmerizing. EXIF.

If you look really carefully, you can see Harrison Ford hanging from an awning.

Uh, there's no cemetary near H&M, which is directly across 11th street from this building.

Maybe I'm missin a joke here?

According to the EXIM info from DCJeff's photo, it's tagged as downtown cemetary. I didn't recognize the building, so assumed this information was correct. Apologies.

this is part of the douglas development (i think it's douglas) construction site, office and retail, at 11th and f downtown. in a couple of months that facade will be all gussied up and looking as good as new so enjoy the "dilapedated-ness" (dilapidation?) while it lasts.

I've lived here my whole life and I'm pretty certain that there isn't a cemetary in downtown DC.

Yeah, looks like the old Lerner Shops to me.
