"No" bikes? This could only have written by one person. Flickr user AlbinoFlea caught this curious sign down in Gallery Place. We'll leave it to the bike riders to argue what the definition of "no" is here. EXIF.

Man, I "love" when "people" misuse "quotes." Like one sign I saw outside a restaurant that said something like "Come have a "delicious" meal!" Are they trying to be funny? They're like an ironic little halo around words that have no business being "quoted."

May not be the best place to post this, but a great book about the misuse of punctuation is called Eats, Shoots & Leaves: The Zero Tolerance Approach to Punctuation.
