I know Landmark Mall isn't exactly issue #1 for DCist readers but the first thing that needs to be done there is to address traffic flow in and around the mall. As bad as that 236/395 interchange is now, I can't imagine what it will be like if they make it so that anyone actually wants to go there.
Oh Bob, the teenagers and out of work people will eventually find that mall. They apparently always do there.
Traffic is indeed a nightmare around Landmark, but short of putting a in/out ramp directly off I95, I don't see how it will improve. Widening Duke Street only postpones the inevitable.
