Every once in awhile I like a good "WTF is that" entry for Photo of the Day, and this one is pretty good. Is this some kind of strange baby doll orgy venue? The caption says it was taken outside a gym, so maybe they're the miniature fan club of D.C. Professionals On Treadmills? And then there's the splash of color against the gray toned background, turning it into a creepy version of those saccharine black and white greeting cards with the two adorable children in hats holding a red, red rose. Actually those are pretty creepy to begin with. Maybe photographer rsplatpc has a better explanation for what's going on here. EXIF.

It's like when parents group their kids together for a photo and start backing up to try and get them all in the frame, but they keep backing up and backing up and eventually they leave out the backdoor and after a while, one of the kids is like, "Um, when are mom and dad getting back?"
Be they made of plastic or flesh (or a vile combination thereof), babies is friggin' scary, terrible beasts.
'll answer in the comments, the window was dirty but I think this is the play room at Golds Gym where they babysit your kids while you work out. I walked by and thought it was mega creepy looking. Either that or DC Starz is opening a new club geared towards a younger demographic.
