If these LOFTSTELs are anything like the hostel's I've been unfortunate enough to stay in, it doesn't take much to go from LOFTSTEL to BROTHELSTEL. A pimp, a couple hired goons, and a cut going to the local ANC commish and they're creating a sex-positive environment for international travelers to see the world and make a little on the side. And by "a little" I mean "herpes."
I have no problem with this.
