Judging from the Nats construction cam, it appears that the Nationals have retired their first number (besides league wide Robinson 42). In a lame rip off from football, the #10 has now been retired; has it will pay homage to Nats fan for being the 10th man. You can see the sign over the right field wall, ironically over what appears to be the bathrooms.
