Go Home Already: Behind Closed Doors

Scene of the alleged crime. They haven't indicted him on anything. Yet.
I hope dcist is nicer to me when I get busted banging overpiced hookers. Then again, I didn't vow to clean up Albany. Hell, I won't even vow to swab the crapper.
If Metro is claiming 90% on time, they are basing that on a 3 minute interval in between trains, right? They must've been under on some lines, because they're over by a few minutes on the Red Line constantly during rush hour.
Oh please, another distraction over a politician's sex life? There's real stuff going on in the world and in this country, and maybe it's not as much fun to read about, but I think it's a tad more important. At least Spitzer wasn't hanging out in airport bathrooms. Heck, the people of NY should be proud to have a virile governor!
It's interesting to consider what the phrase " on time" means re: Metro performance. Several times, I have entered the U St. station between 8:30 - 8:45 AM and seen "12 minutes" until the next train on the arrivals board, which is plainly ridiculous during rush hour.
Now, more than likely that train will come within 12 minutes--so it's technically "on time", but what the heck happened to the two (or more) trains that were supposed to come through during that 12 minute interval? I guess if the trains don't exist, they can't be late.
