Every once in awhile it's nice to have a funny animal picture up in Photo of the Day. Flickr user dbking took what could be a staged portrait. The squirrel almost looks a little bad ass, "Yeah, I've got trash in my mouth, what of it?" EXIF.

I can promise you all it was not a staged shot...
Walking thru Franklin Square at lunch this squirrel was fearless and walked right to me and stood up as you see...it was too priceless not to capture...
