You have to be pretty stupid to not be aware that you've had a root canal.
Hm. There seems to be a painful hole in my molar.
Seeing as their lawsuit accomplished their mission of killing the Tysons rail project completely, doesn't seem much point in continuing it. Even if the Feds came up with the money for a tunnel project, they'd sue to have it replaced with an elaborate pneumatic tube system because underground rail would threaten the Tysons ecosystem, including a species of rare subterranean photosensitive mole people.
If Richmond and the Feds ever come up with the money, I'm sure they'll be back.
