Ah, parades. They bring out not just the celebratory, but the weird and wacky, the fashion challenged, the politicos grasping at any reason to mourn for olden days and, of course, the strange graffiti on latex glove balloons. But we appreciate it when the toys come out for a little performance down the parade route, like this poor guy attempting to maneuver his enormous-tire bike.
