Photo of the Day: April 9, 2008

We hope y'all are having good hair days, seeing as we're set to be watched from every angle 5000 times over. With the story today about the MPD getting access to a slew of existing closed-circuit cameras, this amusing photo by spiggycat of some graffiti warning us about The Man in Cleveland Park seemed appropriate for today. EXIF.

Where is this in Cleveland Park??
Wherefor art thou, Cool "Disco" Dan? Your people need you!
hmm..is it the top of the post office to the right of Uptown? I just might have to walk by there after work to look for it.
i just saw this monday night!! at sw corner of conn nw and harvard, i think.... but west of the exxon on conn nw. i think!
It's on the Porter Street side of the gas station at the intersection of Porter and Connecticut.
Agree with swimmies - it's above their trash dumpsters area.
is there a bicycle waiting for the first lucky person to get up on the roof?
No.
but maybe there's a red-eyed person with four teeth
Laugh if you must, but it's not easing writing upside down while hanging over the edge of a roof. Just ask the guys who did the "surrender dorothy" spraypaint job on the railway bridge by the Mormon temple.
I can't tell whether that guy is happy or sad or indifferent. Although, it does kinda look like the cameras are going, "Duh...which way did he go? Which way did he go, George?"
Don't show that picture to the MPD, it will surely just make them write a 10K check to Lockheed Martin to install a third camera pointing up at the clouds at all locations, and then we are all in trouble!!
They are already working on the sewer cams.
Notice how the camera on the left is falling off. Classy. It almost seems like the offender used the camera to pull themself up from the top of a bright yellow ladder down below.
looks like the turned the building into a big ugly doll
I'm ready for my close-up, Mr. DeMille!
