Sketches of Sexual Assault Suspects Released

The U.S. Park Police has released sketches of two suspects sought for the Feb. 8 sexual assault of a 28 year-old woman.
Park police say the two men picked up the woman at about 4:30 a.m. on Feb. 8 near the intersection of East Capitol Street and Benning Road NE. The men took her to a park in the 100 block of Anacostia Ave. and sexually assaulted her.
One suspect is described as a black male in his late 20s, approximately 6 ft. tall in and 185lbs., with a thin moustache. The other suspect is described as a dark skinned black male, in his late 20s, who is short and heavy. Police are also looking for their vehicle, described as a silver, newer model Chrysler 300, with four doors and dark tinted windows, and bearing District of Columbia license plates.
Anyone with information regarding these subjects or the vehicle is asked to contact Det. Horman at 202-610-8759, or the Park Police Criminal Investigations Branch tipline at (202) 610-8737.

Is it just me, or does it seem a little tacky that the sketch artist autographed the picture?
Sorta makes sense when you consider the sketch artist works summers on the Ocean City boardwalk and at kids parties.
Wait....4:30am on a street corner??? And what do they mean by "picked up"? Was she willingly getting into the vehicle? Or was she kidnapped? What are the details of the assault? I'm not trying to deny the validity of her claims, but this is definitely vague.
??
this is not dcist quality
Why were the sketch released over two months after the attack?
The guy on the right sorta looks like Leo DiCaprio with dreads.
Can I order prints of those sketches? They would look great in my dining room.
