MUSIC: The "queen of rock", the one and only Wanda Jackson, is at Jammin' Java in Vienna tonight. 7:30 p.m., $18 at the door.

MOVIE: The Georgetown Film Festival screens the classic James Bond film Dr. No for free tonight at Gateway Park the future site of the Washington Gateway (directions), near the ATF building across the street from the New York Ave. Metro stop. Film starts around 8 p.m., and they'll also he holding an Oddjob costume contest starting at 6:30 p.m.

ART: The local Illustrators Club opens a show at the PEPCO Edison Place Gallery tonight, with a juried exhibit of 100 pieces drawn by local artists. Those interested in illustrating and graphic design are especially encouraged to head down to the reception tonight to meet the folks behind IC. 701 9th Street NW, 6 to 8:30 p.m.

JAZZ: Trumpeter Nicholas Payton was initially dubbed one of jazz's rising stars, but now he is an established heavyweight. Payton performs tonight and Friday at Blues Alley in support of his recent release, Into the Blue. Check out our full preview of the show. MUSIC: New York-based MC and Definitive Jux founder El-P is at the 9:30 Club, along with one of the UK's leading grime artists, Dizzee Rascal. $20, 7:30 p.m.
