I think that poster is really great ..it uses and overused local symbol in a way that's pretty fresh. We were just talking about it at the design firm where i work.

The poster is a bit much, given the title. Likely the chairs were added as an afterthought.

The only thing "hot" about The Monocle are the "flashes" that the trophy wife customers are getting. That place proves that you can be a successful Congressman or a powerful lobbyist and have absolutely no taste whatsoever.

So I kind of think that poster is a bit too phallic (in the Washington Monument way) for awards called the Rammys. Just a thought to consider.
