I'm certainly not encouraging anyone to pass up on a free doughnut. But I do want to point out once again in this public forum that the Dupont Krispy Kreme just isn't the same as the real thing. The doughnuts are baked in Virginia and trucked in to be hot glazed at the store. It's good, but just not the same as a KK doughnut straight from the river of oil and waterfall of glaze, right into your hand. And it certainly is less tasty than the now departed Fractured Prune that was recently just down the street from this KK. I think I need a moment. Maybe I should go drown my sorrows in a non-cursed Frogurt.
