The question is what is DC's ranking as a city. Who cares how it stands versus Rhode Island or Idaho? Actually, who cares period? These stats are useless. It's not like there's a single dating pool. The single-girl to single-guy ratio of Barry Farms is not going to be relevant to the ratio in Dupont, and vice-versa. Yet the overall ratio reflects both.
