I saw the Fentys (sp? Fenties?) in their Smart Car gassing up at the Hess at NJ and RI NW yesterday. Mayor Fenty seemed much happier to be chatting with constituents than Mrs. Fenty, but their announcement could explain some of that. Wish I had already heard it, so I could have said something better than my lame "Nice ride, Mayor Fenty"

The sight of that rainbow as I was leaving the office last night certainly lifted my spirits. And the colors in the bottom one were super intense!

VERY COOL DOUBLE RAINBOW - Yes, I saw it. Was there for a long, long while. I was feeling like Dorothy in the barnyard with Toto. If happy little bluebirds fly beyond the rainbow why, oh why can't I?

I saw that double rainbow and it was super neat. I would have followed it to find the little Irishman with the pot o' gold, but I was too busy playing with my Wii. And word is Nickels has been scouting out some condo options. My guess is that he'll still basically live in Virginia, but will declare DC residency, pay DC taxes, get a DC driver's license, etc.
