Dear Sir, I am glad to hear that your posters disapprove of this thread as strongly as I. As a government employee I abhor the implication that the DC City Council is a haven for cannibalism. It is well known that we have the problem relatively under control, and that it is the Falls Church Council who now suffer the largest casualties in this area. Well, I wouldn't believe a policeman if he told me Marion liked to rape, cook, and eat babies. Those babies were asking for it, looking all tasty and such.
