I'm pretty sure there was a tornado since I had been in Kansas moments before the storm hit. Yeah, yeah. I know it sucked. Go junkpunch someone who cares.

Regarding the thunderstorm, I'd be willing to believe a small tornado hit. I came home from work to find the patio umbrella we'd accidentally left up blown all the way to the other side of the patio, the table it had formerly shaded was in pieces and various other relatively heavy items which had withstood other thunderstorms scattered, tipped over, and just generally blown about.
