<description>&lt;p&gt;GSA is tasked with protecting the taxpayers when they engage in any transaction.  There are some instances whereby they can dispose of property for less than market value (for public parks, schools, emergency services, etc), but this is not one of them.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Okay, you got the museum&apos;s full name right, and linked to the website address that uses the acronym, but still somehow managed to get the acronym wrong seven times over the course of this write-up.

Also, why does the GSA need to be instructed to sell property &quot;at fair market value&quot; to an organization like NWHM?  Surely if the government is planning to sell the property they&apos;re planning to get as much as they can for it . . . wouldn&apos;t a cash-strapped non-profit be seeking to get the land sold to them at considerably less than a fair market value?  Or is &quot;fair market value&quot; just a euphemism in this case for &quot;as much as the museum can afford to pay&quot;?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
