What's the story with Ray Regan? If you follow that link to K Street Kate's blog post there is a picture with her and this guy. He's a short chubby guy with a mullet. Yet if I google his name i get results like he's some kind of big deal. http://www.washingtonlife.com/directories/photos/?letter=R&name=Ray-Regan How is this dumpy guy, of all people, a big deal D.C. socialite?

From the one or two Laguna Beach episodes I watched, the cameras always seemed to be in a bush two blocks away from the action. I suspect a similarly unobtrusive filming technique will be used. Maybe?
