i would laugh, monkey, but there's so much vacant space in that area, you could have 100 starbucks, cupcake stores, and dog biscuit boutiques, and still not have a lively neighborhood.

What a terrible, terrible waste of expensive real estate! Who do I call to have it turned into something better suited to such a vibrant neighborhood, like a Starbucks, a cupcake store, or a dog biscuit boutique?

Took a tour of ArtSpace a few months back. Made the joke 'with these pottery classes you must be making a kiln'. Sigh. That's right ladies, still single.
