Topped with a paper thin melba toast, spoon some tartare on top of the toast and put a small amount of the ice cream on top. Sorry to be a pedant, but the clauses in this sentence do not agree, and I've noticed this same problem in food posts before. Please edit more carefully!

Alton Brown has a seemingly-delicious Avocado Ice Cream recipe on the Food Network site. And it can even be served alongside a more sustainable species of fish.

I thought a lot of what gets billed as "bluefin tuna" is actually bottom-feeding chub fish dosed with Red Dye #7 and melted Crayolas. Kinda like how somtimes what's sold as "diver scallops" in the upscale slopshops is actually stingray that's been stamped with a scallop-shaped scallop cutter.

The interior of the renovated restaurant is modern and chic - the bar area reminds me of a W Hotel. This isn't much of a stretch, given that David Rockwell designed the W in Times Square W Times Square was designed by Yabu Pushelberg, not David Rockwell.

Oh, for #µ(% sake. It devastates me to see this reveiw actively promote consumption of Bluefin Tuna. Bluefin Tuna are critically endangered fish that have been overfished for years off our coasts and in the Mediterranean. They've been fished to EXTINCTION in the South Atlantic. [verify for yourself at http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/fishwatch/species/atl_bluefin_tuna.htm] Ocean conservation groups have been fighting no less than decades to obtain more protective fishing limits. Please, take a sustainable fish eating pocket guide with you when you dine.
