I worked the polls in ward 6. One guy came back with his ballot concerned and angry that he couldn't vote for Marion Barry. I know NO IDEA why he is so popular.

On the DCBoEE site it looks like there's only 1 precinct in Ward 2 that hasn't reported so unless there's a bunch of Republican Schwartz supporters in Wards 1, 5 and 7 that nobody knows about, there will be a new at-large councilmember come November (but will it be Brown, a Green, or Mara-oon?)
