I can't believe I missed a good old fashioned neighborhood geography fight. I would probably consider Wisconsin and Macomb to be Cleveland Park. I consider Cathedral Heights to be a bit lower (I'd put it from Idaho down to about Davis). And the Wikipedia maps sorta agrees with me. The question, really, is when were those buildings built? Cleveland Park was an established development decades before the first stone was layed on Mt. Saint Albans. If there was even a corner store at Macomb and Wisconsin back then, then I think it's fair to call it Cleveland Park.

If you don't want my mortgage companies, you can also buy a 150-year-old investment bank that the government has been trying to sell all weekend. A stock brokerage was up for grabs, but that's been snatched up by another bank. But no worries, there's a west-coast savings and loan that's about to need some money pronto.
