Michael Brown dropped THREE 8 1/2 x 11" glossy flyers on every doorstep as far as the eye could see in Columbia Heights. Didn't just put them through the doorslot or some reasonably secure place (which at least the chinese restaurants usually do), but simply dropped them on the step, right by the sidewalk. Guess what the sidewalks looked like about 6 hours of wind later? He should be fined extensively for littering.

his people have plastered bloomingdale at least twice in the last few weeks. screw the guy. he's running for office to get into office, nothing more. i don't care if he's a "nice guy", he clearly just feels this burning need to hold public office. i mean, the guy has run for everything possible in this city....and has lost them all. i am definitely not voting for him.

It is too bad that politicians continue to exempt themselves from Do Not Call law. Cleveland Park Metro area got hit with these fliers a few weeks ago. I still haven't gotten any robocalls. But the number of robocalls I do get from him will be half the number of times I junkpunch him for being a tool.

And the flyers say Brown is an "Independent-Democrat," (wink-wink) making a mockery of the DC Charter provisions on at-large council seats.

I've gotten four of the Michael Brown robocalls. One was to my cellphone. It's a really annoying campaign tactic and at this rate is probably doing more harm than good. Funny, though, I'm betting he's all for the Do Not Call lists....

ok, so I'm not really paying attention and until yesterday, I didn't know who michael brown was... then I got a flyer on my car... and that alone is reason enough for me to vote for the other guy... whomever the other guy might be...

They've been hitting Logan Circle every few days. They got my brother-in-law's rental car with MD tags twice in one weekend. I don't see how a candidate having his people come to my neighborhood and litter is going to make me want to vote for him.

The moment I got a call from Brown's robot I decided I wasn't going to vote for him. But when his lame flier showed up under my windshield wiper, it totally changed my mind. Great campaign!

From Brown's website: "Our Issues Issue papers will be released in the coming weeks. Please check back." That is Brown in a nutshell. He's a hack who's done nothing but be a prominent Democrat's son. His only "issue" that seems to drive his campaign(s) is a desire to be an elected official. He'd so quickly fall into the machine fold with Thomas, Barry, and (the other) Brown.

I found one of those five feet inside my front door yesterday, like they were using some kind of leaf blower to spam my house. It went straight into the recycling with the three chinese take-out menus I've gotten under my door this week.
