But now my weekend comments will reflect my nonstop weekend binges reflected in my comments because I have so much to say and my sentences will just run on and on and on as the amphetamines course (sp?) through my veins and I feel like I am crawling out of my sking but I just can't stop because the shadow people are behind the couch and they're trying to get my address! You guys have great content, but some of it comes at weird times. I count about 8 posts after approx. 4pm on Friday at the start of a long Columbus day weekend. It's great stuff, but don't you think you'd get more eyeballs if they were posted earlier in the day, and not right before the weekend? But having said that, I applaud weekend content in general, because that 60 hour gap is just way too long.

As much as I love you guys and applaud this effort, if I find myself checking DCist during the weekend as much as do during the work day I'm going to have to seriously reevaluate my life.

If you could put these two on collating as many weekend activities (even if they're on-going exhibits that could be seen the next weekend too), you would be doing me SUCH a huge favor. I find the "Weekend Picks" lacking sometimes. There is so much to do in this city, but it's always in fifteen hundred different websites - from one week to the next I may forget a resource for weekend fun - DCist could fill that gap relatively easy, I think.
