You know it's getting tough in DC when you can't afford both wheels of a bicycle. Poor Harold can't get a break. Can't a guy take his girlfriend to a tattoo parlor to get a bullseye tramp stamp any more? So his eyesight's failing and he needs a little help when he's shooting skeet. Is that a crime?
