All kidding aside. I too, am sick of all this juvie violence. These kids are out of hand and they're all over D.C. Round-em up and set-em straight. Fine the parents, grand-parents, and or guardians. We work hard every day and shouldn't be afraid of these punks. Money is not the issue. They're wearing $200 dollar sneakers and have cell phones. It's just plain THUGISM!
