Hey, NS08. If you are referring to the Pennsylvania Ave area, they have been closing it off nights for the past month or so for repaving/refurbishments. Dang pain in the ass, but s'posed to make us look all shiny on national TV for the inauguration.

Good thing zombies, CHUDs, and Morlocks are sterile. Loosen them up with a few afterwork vodka tonics, and there's no telling what sort of horrible mutant one-night-stand crotchfruit you'd have getting pooped out in the sewers. And of course, the so-called "right to life" movement would blockade the abortion clinics, forcing underaged zombie girls to carry their CHUD spawn to term. But I don't see them stepping up to adopt all the orphaned halfbreed zombie-CHUDs.
