Actually, a bio-d engine would provide tons of torque, more than enough to push a heavily armored tank like that. But you'd figure with all them flying saucers in Roswell, they'd be able to reverse-engineer a decent flying car for POTUS by now. Typical government program; drag out development, demand more money come budget time, and deliver nothing. It's bad enough that GM has suppressed the 200MPG engine that runs on baby's tears, we can't even get the president a decent landspeeder. He says it's the best he can do but since the XP-38 came out, they're just not in demand.
