I think you're right, DCist. Vasovagal syncope. Treatment (at least from EMS perspective) if you're sure that's what it was is BTW to allow the person to fall over (in a controlled fashion) after which time they will self-correct. In other words what you saw on stage there was a comprehensive and appropriate treatment program.
