If USC is in the "Championship game" I might give up on college football...or poke my eyes out. I can't decide which is more realistic.

Want to hear craziness. If USC wins out, Alabama losses to Auburn or SEC game and Florida loses to Florida St and Missouri beats Oklahoma in the Big 12 championship game and Oregon State beats Oregon The result will be Texas Vrs USC in the Championship game and neither team won their conference.

Econosize, I actually like my football players God-fearing. It seems to instill much more humility which I prefer over the big mouth style of players such as Crabtree and Harrell (who can both now, without doubt, choke on dicks). As a Texas fan, I don't see us going to the Big 12 championship based on the remainder of the schedule, but stranger things have happened. I feel bad for Boise State and Ball State. Two more schools done a great injustice by the BCS.

...but after [Florida's] classless thrashing of Citadel, they don't deserve the good will. If you pay attention to Florida, you learn that Urban Meyer and the word "classless" tend to go hand-in-hand.

Granted USC only has UCLA and Notre Dame, however Florida does have a SEC championships game against Alabama; the winner of this game is going to Miami; unless Florida eats it against FLST.

Despite the totally lopsided loss Texas Tech suffered, they still only have one loss and they beat Texas. I find it objectionable that they fall behind both Florida and USC. Both of whom face much easier competition and had a loss against far worse teams.

"It's been pointed out to me that picking on Michigan at this point in the season is simply gratuitous." If the tables were turned Michigan fans would have no problem doing it so feel free to revel in it. They need to be brought back down to earth for a season or two.
