As if the proprietor of a retail store is somehow an expert on the issue. Isn't 17th and H where the new PNC Bank headquarters building is being constructed? There's a 0% chance the "dust cloud" contains any asbestos. Hell, pedestrians are more likely to be exposed to asbestos from the brakes on Metro buses than they are from a "dust cloud" at a construction site in downtown DC.</p>
