<description>&lt;p&gt;I love how they quote Mr. Griffith (the store owner) and use his &quot;asbestos&quot; quote.  As if the proprietor of a retail store is somehow an expert on the issue.  Isn&apos;t 17th and H where the new PNC Bank headquarters building is being constructed?  

There&apos;s a 0% chance the &quot;dust cloud&quot; contains any asbestos.  Hell, pedestrians are more likely to be exposed to asbestos from the brakes on Metro buses than they are from a &quot;dust cloud&quot; at a construction site in downtown DC.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
