It'll Be a Cold Day in Washington

The Hill is reporting below-average temperatures for the day of the inauguration. The Old Farmer's Almanac forecasts the weather as "sunny; mild". I choose to put my trust in the Old Farmer. On the plus side, the chance for rain is just about zero (just like the odds for getting an umbrella to the National Mall).

Looks like Tuesday we say goodbye to above freezing temps for about a week. Hopefully we have a layer of snow on the ground so we can write Bush some nice goodbye messages.

Um, The Weather Channel is predicting those temps, not The Hill.
