L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station, 8:25 a.m.
Tipster Mark Alves reports he's been waiting for 30 minutes to exit the Metro Station at L'Enfant Plaza.
That makes all three main Metro stations south of the National Mall that we've heard are virtually non-functioning. At this point, we would recommend not attempting to board Metro at any point.
