Meeting of the Michelles at Georgia Brown's

2009_0130_michelleobama.jpg The Examiner's Freeman Klopott spotted first lady Michelle Obama leaving Georgia Brown's this afternoon, after having had lunch at the Southern cuisine restaurant with D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty, Michelle Fenty and Jill Biden. President Barack Obama had previously met up with Mayor Fenty for lunch at Ben's Chili Bowl, but this is the first time we've heard about the city's two first ladies named Michelle sharing a meal since the Obamas arrived in town. Of course, Mrs. Fenty has had a lot on her plate, what with having given birth to daughter Aerin only two months ago.

Man, Mayor Fenty is so obsessed that he even has to crash the ladies lunch. Stop stalking the Obamas.

I can't blame him one bit. If I were a mayor with rapidly diminishing political significance who had run a campaign with similar promises of change that, unlike Obama, I had little chance or genuine intention of ever delivering upon, then hell yeah, I'd be riding the President's coattails as long as I could!

Ugh, Georgia Brown's? I thought the Obamas knew when they're being swindled. That place is just another Signatures or Caucus Room, dressing up mediocre food and overcharging for it.

Wow she must have sent me her latest e-mail / fund request from her lunch table. Foxy ladies.
