Anacostia Waterfront Forums Begin Tonight

D.C. Department of Transportation officials are hosting the first in a series of public forums tonight on infrastructure issues associated with the District's Anacostia Waterfront. The District expects to receive about $120 million for infrastructure projects from the federal stimulus bill.

Tonight's forum is titled “Sustainable Development, Infrastructure and the Future of the District of Columbia,” and takes place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight, with an open house from 6:30 to 7.
